Browse mode collects nothing

Browsing pieces and listening to excerpts requires no sign-in and no personal information at all. If you never sign in, we hold no data about you.

Information collected when you sign in

Practice and Test modes require signing in with your Google account. When you sign in, we receive your email address and name from Google (via Google Identity Services) and use them to:

• Keep you signed in across visits (a single, essential session cookie — see "Cookies" below).
• Identify which lists you've purchased Test-mode access for, so it follows your account across devices.

Information collected when you make a purchase

If you unlock Test mode for a list, we store: your email address, which list you purchased, the date and time of purchase, and a reference to the payment transaction. This record is what grants your account permanent access to that list going forward.

We never receive or store your card number or other payment details — all payment processing is handled directly by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record (see "Payments" below).

Cookies

The app sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential-only (HttpOnly, not readable by scripts), contains no advertising or tracking identifiers, and isn't shared with any third party. The app uses no analytics or advertising cookies of any kind.

Payments

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this app. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and customer service related to payments. Any payment information you provide during checkout (card details, billing address, etc.) is collected and processed by Paddle directly, under Paddle's own privacy policy — we never see or store it.

Who your information is shared with

Your information is shared only with the two services necessary to run the app: Google (for sign-in) and Paddle (for payment processing, only if you make a purchase). We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Since Test-mode access is permanent once purchased, purchase records are kept indefinitely so your access keeps working. Your sign-in session expires automatically after a period of inactivity; signing in again is always free and instant via your Google account.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account data (email, sign-in record, and purchase history) at any time by contacting us — see "Contact" below. Note that deleting purchase history means Test-mode access for any previously purchased list would need to be re-purchased if you want it back.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
