Listening Quiz Trainer ("the app") is operated by Matanya Rosenberg, a sole trader, at listenquiz.com. By using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
The app helps music students practice recognizing classical pieces and movements ahead of listening exams.
- Browse mode is free for everyone, no account needed.
- Practice mode (basic settings) is free with a Google sign-in.
- Test mode, and Practice's advanced options (Endless mode, random start, per-movement quizzing), require a one-time purchase per list — see "Payments" below.
Accounts
Practice and Test modes require signing in with a Google account. We don't manage separate passwords or credentials of our own.
Payments
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this app. Paddle provides all checkout, invoicing, and customer service inquiries related to payments, and handles returns. Prices are shown in your local currency, calculated live at checkout. Each purchase unlocks Test mode (and Practice's advanced options) for one specific list, permanently — there's no subscription and nothing auto-renews. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Acceptable use
The app is for personal, educational use. Please don't attempt to scrape, resell, share account access, or otherwise circumvent the per-account, per-list access model.
Availability
This is a small, independently-run project. We do our best to keep it available and working correctly, but the app is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Content
Audio recordings and reference material are used for educational, practice-only purposes. The app's own software and design are the property of Matanya Rosenberg.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always at this address.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
